My background in outside sales, training in The Pacific Institute’s performance mindset curriculum and lessons learned while building my own business have given me a unique perspective and skill set to work with clients ranging from solopreneurs to CEO’s of small to mid-sized companies.

Clients tend to fall into two main areas and no matter which direction you choose, know that we will both walk away from a session with action items to accomplish. Yes, I get in the weeds with you too.

And when needed, I have a team of resource partners who provide specialty services from website design, copy writing, SEO, social media management and more.

Not sure where to start or what to do with the plan you already have? A Strategy Session may be just the thing to get you focused and into action. The session begins in advance of our meeting with a questionnaire to evaluate of where you are currently at in your business and your desired outcomes.

Phase 1 includes an hour and a half session to clearly define your goals. We will work to create a strategy and prioritize the action items required to achieve your short term goals. The added benefit is access to my network of resources that’s already been vetted. You will receive an outline for Phase 2 for you to continue to work on your own.
