✅ Prep 3 go-to answers for “What do you do?”

This isn’t just for networking. It’s for your website, your IG bio, your LinkedIn headline, and how you describe your offers.
Clear messaging = easier yeses.

✅ Audit where your time and energy are going

Ask:

  • What tasks are draining me?
  • Are they directly tied to revenue or visibility?
  • Am I spending time where I’m getting a return?

Your energy is a business asset—treat it like one. Want a 4-part framework to set and achieve bold goals? Read this blog.

✅ Match your strengths to your business needs

You may be doing things you’re not wired for (hello, procrastination).
Check: Are you trying to force tasks that could be delegated, automated, or simplified?

✅ Set 1–2 priorities for the next 90 days

Bonus points if one improves cash flow.
Don’t try to do it all—get ruthless with focus. This is what creates momentum (not motion).

✅ Revisit your ideal work week

Be honest: Is your schedule aligned with the life you want?
If not, what’s one shift you can make this week to close the gap?

✅ Remove one low-value task

Hint: The thing you always “have” to do but dread doing and creatively avoid it all costs? It might be optional. Delete it. Delegate it. Put it on pause. Watch what happens.

✅ Track when your energy peaks

Are you doing your deepest work when your brain is most alert?
Don’t save your best hours for inbox zero.

 

What You’re Selling

✅ Compare joy vs. profit in your offers

What brings you joy? What brings in the money?
Your goal: Bring those circles as close together as possible.

Because burnout isn’t a strategy. But neither is being broke.

✅ Add one passive sales tool

This could be:
✔ An evergreen funnel
✔ A warm-up email sequence
✔ An opt-in that auto-nurtures
✔ A sales page that actually converts

Small tweaks add up over time.

✅ Make your offer easy to find

Look at your website:
→ Can someone land on your homepage and know exactly what to do next?
→ Is your best offer buried in a drop-down?

Visibility = accessibility.

 

Your Marketing

✅ Align channels to your audience and energy

Ask yourself….” Where are my clients spending time?”

If you’re introverted, maybe Reels aren’t the move.
If you hate writing, maybe audio fits better.

Pick platforms that fit you so you show up consistently.

✅ Know what you’re promoting the next 3 months

This sounds obvious, but so many entrepreneurs skip it.
If you don’t know what’s launching or selling, your content can’t warm people up for it.

Plan it. Write it down. Build content that leads to it.

✅ Simplify video creation

Instead of fighting with your camera every week, build a workflow you actually like.
Batch it. Script it. Use tools that don’t make you cringe.

✅ Embed your opt-in on high-traffic blog posts

This one’s simple:
Find your top 10 blog posts (or start a blog with three posts so your audience can binge-read).
Add your lead magnet form to the end of each.
Done = more subscribers from what’s already working.

✅ Create (and share) a new lead magnet this month

Don’t overthink it.
Pick one clear promise.
Make it skimmable.
Put it out into the world.
Done is better than perfect.

✅ Write & schedule your next 3 emails

You know you need to send emails. But you haven’t.
So write 3:

  1. Something personal
  2. Something valuable
  3. Something that points to your offer

✅ Identify your top visibility lever—and commit to using it weekly

Ask yourself:
“What’s the ONE platform, partnership, or strategy that brings the most aligned people into my world?”

That might be:
✔ Podcast guesting
✔ Pinterest traffic to your blog
✔ A lead magnet shared in bundles
✔ Strategic commenting on LinkedIn
✔ Running a simple DM funnel off a story view

👉 Whatever it is, make it a non-negotiable weekly habit.

Because visibility isn’t optional—and your audience won’t grow by accident.
