Before launching my business in 2008, I had built a solid career in sales and project management. I understood the pressure of results—but I hated networking. As a wallflower in the world of business connections, I knew relationships mattered, but I had to learn the hard way how to build them strategically.

Mindset has been at the core of my work from the beginning. It’s the thread that connects how we lead, communicate, and take action—especially when things get uncomfortable. In 2014, I expanded my work to include strategic networking, personal branding, and LinkedIn, adding tactical tools to help professionals grow their visibility and influence. What I’ve learned over the years is this: the strategies only work if your mindset does.

That belief led me to the TEDx stage and eventually to writing Just Another Leap and Your Connecting Advantage (originally published in 2014–2015 and completely revised and expanded in 2025). Whether I’m leading a breakout session, delivering a full-day workshop, or working one-on-one, I blend story-driven insights with simple, science-backed tools that help professionals rethink how they show up, connect, and perform.
